What is your returns policy?

Because products in the shop are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, if you have an issue with your order, please send us an email at support@wordsonthings.co so that we may address it.

If you receive at item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@wordsonthings.co so that we can replace it.

What is your shipping policy?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Prints are generally shipped 1-2 business days after receiving your order.

Prints are shipped in a protective cello sleeve inside a heavy-duty mailing tube for protection.

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days. Estimated international delivery time is 5-20 business days. Actual delivery time will vary depending on distance and shipping method you choose.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
